American Revolution Redux - a novel


Prologue


As General Tommy Jefferson sits at his desk, the bright morning sun shining over the expanse of the rolling prairie land, his begins to think back at where the greatest Country the World has ever known came from, and how they got to be where they are today.

It was beginning to look like the Colonial Days of America again, that is, before the British Monarchy was kicked out of our Country, before the Federalist Papers were written, and before the first Ten Amendments to the Constitution were ratified by the States.

Most of our “mainstay” jobs have been shipped overseas to foreign countries, and we get to keep the piddly jobs that don’t amount to anything, thanks to our great politicians who act as if they are gods who rule in sovereignty.

What happened to the American Dream that was established in 1776?

The steel factories are gone. All of the manufacturing jobs are gone. Our intelligent technology is gone. The only jobs left for WE the People are fast food jobs, street sweeping jobs, or being part of a limited military, and we have to fight to qualify for all of these positions.

We can barely see our Country’s horizon in the distance anymore, because it’s becoming a blur in the distance.

Before the brainwashing that blurred the horizon swung into full speed ahead, we had the freedom of speech, our news media kept the political crooks and business hucksters in line.

The news media was the 'Clarion Trumpet' for WE the People and they told us everything.

We even had the freedom to carry our personal weapons before they started banning them. There sure was a lot less crime in the streets and neighborhoods before the Second Amendment ban became the law of the land.

Before this all started turning sour, we didn’t have foreign troops on our Country’s soil playing war games or living in strategic areas of our cities and towns.

We could plead the “Fifth” and not incriminate ourselves without an indictment of a Grand Jury or be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of the law.

Not now. No way.  No how. We’re all under house arrest or so it seems, and it’s ripe for the picking.

Heck, we even had a say in the government if that power wasn’t delegated to the United States Constitution or prohibited by our individual States.

But here we are on the verge of Martial Law and the revocation of all of our Personal Rights and Freedoms.

There's now talk about "Thirteen Governors" to monitor the thirteen areas of the United States who report directly to the President on a weekly basis.

I don't know anymore, and with the rumors of revolution in the air....

I want to know what the heck happened to that statement which was inscribed into our Declaration of Independence that made everybody proud to be an American? 

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these were Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.”

Yeah, yeah I know; all of those rich bastards back then were slave masters holding poor black people in hostage and beating them and killing them for sport.

Those rich bastards were only looking out for themselves and their families own well being making tons of money of the back of slaves.

They were gonna make those of us who were not of their lineage all their slaves.

Go ahead and believe that crap if you’re that stupid, but until you know whose propaganda that is, and why they want that ideology in concrete on the US Supreme Court Building, YOU will always be living in the enemies household as a slave.

American Revolution, Rudux Sample Reading Two



Gunnery Sergeant, Jason Baxter, had his keys out and running full speed down the crowded narrow hallway towards the munitions lockers. There's no time to waste, we’re in Red Alert. Go, go, go, go! rushed through his mind. His hands quivering. The keys jingling nervously. "Where's that damn master key?"

As Baxter rounded the corner from the narrow hallway, the munitions cage attendant, Jacobs called out, “Throw the keys here Gunny, I’ll get em rollin.”

All of the militia members who were on call that day dropped what they were doing and began double timing to and fro around the compound when they heard the Red Alert blaring in their ears as if it rang in their personal headsets.

Baxter flung the keys in the direction of the cage’s window as if he were the star of today’s championship basketball game with one point down, and he had only seconds left to throw that long ball clear across the court to score the needed points to win the game.
Jacobs had his hands out like the small almost nonexistent hoop which was so far away and ready to catch that long “Hail Mary” toss.

Smack! The keys hit dead center in the Jacobs hands. “Two points, Gunny,” Jacobs called out; Gunny just smiled as he made his way through the crowded area to the cage.

Without further ado, the members of the Lexington Militia had fallen in formation at the cage area to receive their weapons and ammunition.

Upon receipt of their equipment, they began to double time it to their assigned duty stations around the compound both inside and outside of the compound, just like in their drills.

If one were to watch as they all worked efficiently and precisely in manning their positions, one would think that they were a drill team performing their routine on the football field at half time.

At that moment, Jefferson got a call on his Satellite Ultra Frequency Random Accessing headset. This headset looks like a “Bluetooth” unit but did not use radio frequency like the Bluetooth.

The SUFRA headset was cutting edge technology that only the Lexington Militia Unit had access to and was experimenting with it.

This exclusive SUFRA headset has access to over one billion frequencies per transmission, never duplicating the same signal more than once during any transmission in a week’s period.

“Jefferson here.”

“General, this is Sergeant Brody Hensley on quarters patrol here at your residence. I think you need to come home right away, sir.”

“Why Sergeant, what’s wrong?”

“I’d rather not say, sir. But it’s an emergency due to the Red Alert.”

A long silence appeared on the SUFRA.

“General, are you there, sir?”

Obamacare, which will prevent old people from getting medical care, is the progressives’ way of dealing with the unfunded liabilities in these programs: Kill off old people by preventing them from getting medical care! Where are Jim, Tim, and Franklin now?

   Just in case you might have wondered how their ineptitude affected their
   lives after they ruined so many dreams and lives.

   Where are Jim, Tim and Franklin now?

   Here's a quick look into the three former Fannie Mae executives who
   brought down Wall Street.

   Franklin Raines - was a Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Fannie
   Mae.  Raines was forced to retire from his position with Fannie Mae when
   auditing discovered severe irregularities in Fannie Mae's accounting
   activities. Raines left with a "golden parachute valued at $240 Million
   in benefits. The Government filed suit against Raines when the depth
  of the accounting scandal became clear.

   Tim Howard - was the Chief Financial Officer of Fannie Mae. Howard "was
   a strong internal proponent of using accounting strategies that would
   ensure a "stable pattern of earnings" at Fannie. Investigations by federal
   regulators and the company's board of directors since concluded that
   management did manipulate 1998 earnings to trigger bonuses. Raines and
   Howard resigned under pressure in late 2004. Howard's Golden Parachute
   was estimated at $20 Million!

   Jim Johnson - A former executive at Lehman Brothers and who was later
   forced from his position as Fannie Mae CEO. Investigators found that
   Fannie Mae had hidden a substantial amount of Johnson's 1998
   compensation from the public, reporting that it was between $6 million
   and $7 million when it fact it was $21 million." Johnson is currently under
  investigation for taking illegal loans from Countrywide while serving as
   CEO of Fannie Mae. Johnson's Golden Parachute was estimated at
   $28 Million.

   WHERE ARE THEY NOW?


   FRANKLIN RAINES?
   Raines works for the Obama Campaign as his Chief Economic Advisor.

   TIM HOWARD?
   Howard is a Chief Economic Advisor to Obama under Franklin Raines.

   JIM JOHNSON?
   Johnson was hired as a Senior Obama Finance Advisor and was selected to run Obama's Vice Presidential Search Committee.

   Kinda makes you sick to your stomach.
   Our government is rotten to the core!!

   Are we stupid or what? Vote in 2012...it is the most important election of our lives...

 


The Word UP


I'm sure you will enjoy this. I never knew one word in the English language that can be a noun, verb, adj, adv, prep.


UP


Read until the end ... you'll laugh.

This two-letter word in English has more meanings than any other two-letter word, and that word is
'UP.' It is listed in the dictionary as an [adv], [prep], [adj], [n] or [v].



It's easy to understand UP, meaning toward the sky or at the top of the list, but when we awaken in the morning, why do we wake UP?


At a meeting, why does a topic come UP? Why do we speak UP, and why are the officers UP for election and why is it UP to the secretary to write UP a report? We call UP our friends, brighten UP a room, polish UP the silver, warm UP the leftovers and clean UP the kitchen. We lock UP the house and fix UP the old car.


At other times, this little word has real special meaning. People stir UP trouble, line UP for tickets, work UP an appetite, and think UP excuses.


To be dressed is one thing but to be dressed UP is special.


And this UP is confusing: A drain must be opened UP because it is stopped UP.

We open
UP a store in the morning but we close it UP at night. We seem to be pretty mixed UP about UP!


To be knowledgeable about the proper uses of UP, look UPthe word UP in the dictionary. In a desk-sized dictionary, it takes UP almost 1/4 of the page and can add UP to about thirty definitions.


If you are UP to it, you might try building UP a list of the many ways UP is used. It will take UP a lot of your time, but if you don't give UP, you may wind UP with a hundred or more.


When it threatens to rain, we say it is clouding UP. When the sun comes out, we say it is clearing UP. When it rains, it soaks UP the earth. When it does not rain for awhile, things dry UP. One could go on and on, but I'll wrap it UP, for now . . . my time is UP!


Oh . . . one more thing: What is the first thing you do in the morning and the last thing you do at night?
