    That is July 2011. Not 2012. It is not rare... it happens every 5 or 6 years with some exceptions due to leap years. 2011 had July with 5 fridays, 5 saturdays, 5 sundays. The same will be in 2016, in 2022, then a gap (2028 leap year) to 2033 ...
